30% off The Orleans hotel rate - Fair 2009

I don't see a 2009 forum, so I'll just post here.

mlpgirlmd on the Arena posted that The Orleans has a 30% off rates if you book online.  For those of you that got the MLP rate, you can cancel online with your confirmation code.  If you go to the SITE MAP link at the bottom of the website, there's a link under "Accomodations" or use this link:

I called and they said there isn't a penalty for cancelling up to 3 days prior to check-in. So I cancelled my old reservation and rebooked it under the 30% off. 

Here are the discounted rates (not including taxes/fees):

Breakdown:
  Thu. 18   $38.00
  Fri.  19   $76.00
  Sat. 20   $76.00
  Sun. 21   $57.00

I'm only staying 2 nights, but it saved us about $55!

Wow great find! I'll have to call the hotel and see if they can just give us this deal on our rate :)
